You know how if you go in a museum, you see an abstract painting and you kinda have to tilt your head a bit, squint your eyes to get it? Right. I wanted to present something to people that made them think and shift their perspectives. So many of us just go through life accepting things as they are without questioning the why or considering other alternatives. I wanted Abstract Audio to be a catalyst for new ideas and sort of a playground for what ifs. Not to say that there’s anything wrong with in the box thinking. There’s nothing wrong with playing it safe. But by nature, that way of life does place certain limitations on you. And when you’re dealing with people, you have to acknowledge that growth and change IS our nature. If you’re not growing, you’re dying. You’re dead. And this coming from someone who's died many times.
All About the HOST
Amber is an 28 year old African American woman. A boldly unique, well spoken, introverted, heavily tattooed feminist who enjoys reading, eating tacos and watching her favorite animes. She identifies as a truth seeker, author, poet, entrepreneur , wanderer and student of the universe. Mother of one, big sister and lover of warm weather, medititation, travelng, and design.
She is also the voice behind the Abstract Audio podcast , YOUTUBE CHANNEL , blog, and all associated written content . Her passions include critiquing the system, learning about paths to spiritual growth, deconstructing society and culture, laughing through the pain and absurdity of it all and providing space for those who crave a creative outlet to tell their stories.
She aims not to be remembered, but to be experienced.
